Season passes for winter 2009-10 are on sale at Wyoming ski hills. Hogadon and Snowy Range both offer early season pass deals.
Hogadon Ski Area in Casper runs its lifts through Apr. 5 this year, but their season passes are already on sale for next year. Purchase one during the Early Bird Pass Sale for $175. The sale ends June 1.
After that, the price jumps up to $200 until Dec. 1, when it goes to the full rate of $375. First time pass purchasers, however, can buy one anytime for only $150. Get Hogadon passes at the Casper Recreation Center. Call 307- 235-8383 for information.
The Snowy Range Ski Area is still up for sale while a Laramie bank oversees the continued operation of the hill. Snowy's managers are shooting to run the lifts through April 11. However, passes for the 2009-10 season are already on sale for the month of April.
Purchase adult passes for those 13 years old and up for $150 and children passes for ages 6 to 12 years old for $125. Kids under five years old can get a free pass with an adult purchased pass. Those who buy their passes early can ski in April on next year's pass. Rates will increase to a yet-to-be-determined price after April. Call 307- 745-5750 for details.
White Pine Ski Area plans to run its lifts through Apr. 12. The resort has not yet announced details of its season passes or pricing for 2009-10. Call 307- 367-6606 for details.
