Any parent with a Disney-obsessed daughter should consider booking their Easter holiday in GrandValira, Andorra.

The huge ski area, now one of the world's 50 biggest, includes the lift-linked ski resorts of Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, and Soldeu El Tarter.

It will be staging Disney Princesses On Ice at the ice stadium in the Andorran capital La Vella, ten minutes from the ski slopes.

The show will run from April 8 to April 12 and offers Disney fans the chance to travel to the world of Disney Princesses such as Cinderella, the city of Agra where Jasmin lives and even Mulan's China, led by the popular characters Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

The lift linking of the villages of Soldeu to Pas de la Casa and Grau Roig to create the Grandvalira region opens up 200km (125 miles) of terrain best suited to intermediates. Expert skiers have eight trails to choose from and a drag lift serving the off piste terrain of Pic d'Encampadana.

Here you will find a snowcat operation, unique to the Pyrenées, bringing off-piste powder to those who want it. It may be unique to the world in that the service is offered free of charge to lift pass holders without supplement.
