For the seventh time, the evening event, Dine & Wine gourmet night takes place at the Schaufelspitz restaurant.

Indulge in fine food and great wines at a height of almost 3,000m above sea level and enjoy the creations of gourmet cook David Kostner in an exclusive setting.

This event takes place on two evenings, 12 January 2018 and 13 January 2018.

Programme for Friday, 12 January and Saturday, 13 January 2018:

 

    • Meeting at valley station of the Eisgrat lift
    • Ascent to the Eisgrat Mountain Station
    • Aperitif and welcome from the kitchen
    • 6-course meal accompanied by assorted wines
    • Coffee, house-made chocolates, macaroons
    • Digestif from the Piedmont
    • Subtle, live music
