Chef Hawksworth returns to Steeps Grill & Wine Bar in the Roundhouse Lodge on Whistler Mountain for three very special dining occasions. Bringing his contemporary Canadian cuisine mountainside, Chef Hawksworth will be preparing lunch on January 9, February 8 and March 26. Whistler Blackcomb’s popular Winemaker’s Après Series returns this winter featuring world class wines paired with locally-sourced culinary delights. Wine and dine at 6,000ft at Steeps Grill & Wine Bar with a full-course dinner complete with wine pairings and stunning mountaintop views. The winemakers to be showcased at this season’s Winemaker’s Après Series include: Inniskillin on January 21, Ruffino on February 24, Robert Mondavi on March 10 and Nk’Mip on March 31. Each event begins at 2pm and is $85 plus the cost of a lift ticket. Tickets are available at Guest Services or online. Vikram Vij Visits Roundhouse Lodge
Chef Vij will be serving up samples of his famous curries in the Roundhouse Lodge on Whistler Mountain. Guests can try some delicious food and meet the former Dragon’s Den investor in-person on January 23, February 20 and March 19 from 11:30 -1:30.
