Red Mountain is running spring ski and stay deals that can save you a few dollars. You also can book spring trips to coincide with Spring Fest for two weeks of entertaining events.

The Springfest Special gives a break for families with kids. Children 15 years old and under can ski or ride for free with the purchase of an adult lift ticket and a three-night minimum stay at Red Mountain. Accommodations must be in a deluxe mountainside condo at Red Property Management. Up to two free kids tickets are available with two paying adults. The Springfest Special is good through Mar. 31.

Coordinate your lodging with the Kokanee Spring Fest, Mar. 14-29, which packs two weeks with events: big air competitions, retro weekends, snowshoe races, Cruise the Blues, Poker Runs, and more. Two kids days, Thursdays, Mar. 19 and 26, feature scavenger hunts, crafts, soccer games, and fun races just for the youngsters in the family.

Those with spring breaks in April won't miss out on a deal either. Red's Easter Egg package lets you book one night of lodging at Red Property Management and receive the second night free. You also receive a second lift ticket free for every lift ticket purchased. The package, based on double occupancy, is valid Mar. 30 through Apr. 5.
