Mt. Hood Meadows has announced pricing on season passes for the 2015/16 season. Renewing passholders will get the best deals, particularly those who have had a pass for two or more consecutive seasons. Prices are listed in the chart above, and can be purchased through the resort's website
Included with every Unlimited Season Pass is the Meadows “100 Day Guarantee.” The ski area will operate at least one of its high speed quad lifts a minimum of 100 days. For every day the ski area falls short of 100, a discount in that amount will be applied as a credit for the purchase of the following season’s pass. That means if the ski area operates only 80 days with at least one high speed quad, a 20% discount will be applied to the passholders pass purchase the following season.
Resort officials are confident in being able to operate a full 100 days and more. Even this season which has been snow challenged, the ski area should meet the requirements of the guarantee. With Meadows higher elevation, snow making and advanced snow harvesting and farming capabilities, the resort is prepared to make the most out of whatever snow a season brings.
The guarantee is much more like casualty insurance for passholders who fear getting totally skunked. If that happens and the resort fails to operate a high speed quad, then the next season’s pass will be free. Or if it’s a year that is interrupted by weather, and the resort only gets 50 days of operation, the next year’s season pass will be half price for a renewing passholder.
The guarantee also demonstrates the resort’s commitment to invest in snow making, snow harvesting and grooming capabilities to prepare for low snow seasons.
