The Spring Season Pass Sale is on at Mountain Creek in Vernon, N.J.

Prices are as low as they get for next year's All Access Season Pass, and passes purchased now are good for the rest of this season as well.

Renewal price for the All Access Pass is $269 for all ages. The price is $279 for new purchasers.

Mountain Creek's 5x7 Plus Pass is not part of the Spring Sale, but skiers and riders who plan to come three weekend days between now and March 2010 at the 5x7 discount price should consider the All Access Pass instead.

All Access Passes also include free golf, free Waterpark tickets, and lift tickets at Stratton Mountain in Vermont for $35.

In line with its philosophy of not waiting in lines, Mountain Creek offers purchasers the option of uploading a photo and waiver electronically.

Mountain Creek is the big kid on the block in New Jersey.

The four-season resort transforms itself into a winter playground every December. Starting last season, Mountain Creek divided its focus in half - South Peak for freestylers, Vernon Peak for skiing families.

The resort went from about 15 percent of terrain dedicated to terrain parks to 45 percent, all at South Peak and South Lodge. South is venue for Mountain Creek's learn-to-freestyle programs with a progression across the mountain from never-ever to never-better. On the flip side, Vernon Peak now offers a more laid-back experience for families who want to ski in a relaxed atmosphere without expert snowboarders whizzing past them on beginner trails.

Mountain Creek offers 45 trails and parks, an eight-lane snow tubing park, 100 percent snowmaking and night skiing, a 1,040-foot vertical drop, and 11 lifts including the eight-passenger Cabriolet Chair, the Vernon Triple and the Sojourn Double.

The area is within two hours from anywhere in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
