Steamboat has announced season pass prices for the 2014-15 season. Buy now to get the best price before prices go up in June.

“It’s never too early to start thinking about the next ski and snowboard season, and now is the time to get a jump start by saving on season passes to take advantage of Steamboat’s best pricing for the upcoming winter,” said Rob Perlman, senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Steamboat’s unrestricted adult season pass sells for $999. When a parent, grandparent or legal guardian purchases the unrestricted adult Steamboat Season Pass, one child (12 and under) will receive a free child season pass. This is the 29th season that Steamboat has offered the Kids Ski Free deal.

Passes this year include $250 in Intrawest Snow Bucks that can be used on lift tickets or lodging at another Intrawest resort. There are some restrictions, but the list includes Winter Park, Stratton, Tremblant, Snowshoe, Canadian Mountain Holidays (CMH), Club Intrawest and Honua Kai on Maui, Hawaii.

Other passes are available for kids, teens, seniors and full-time college students. There are also six-day passes and 15-day passes, and a First Tracks pass. Two add-ons are for unlimited access to night skiing, which is $59 extra, and a Winter Park upgrade for $100.

Check out Steamboat's website for all of the details and different pass configurations that are available. Put down $99 to lock in the price, and the final payment will be due Sept. 15. Prices are guaranteed through June 2. However, the Steamboat-6 pass for $439 is available through April 14.
