Though it seems like Old Man Winter just recently rolled into Utah for the season, Canyons Resort is already thinking Spring. But with a full lineup of springtime concerts in the works, we’ll gladly welcome the change of seasons if it means jamming out with good music and great weather.
A slew of free concerts at the Canyons Resort’s Resort Village will liven up the après scene starting on Saturday, Feb. 15 with Park City’s own Patwa Reggae Band. The springtime concert series will continue every Saturday through April 13 with regional and national acts including Nigel and the Metal Dogs, Folk Hogan, Mother Hips and Steel Pulse.
Extra concerts will be held on the two Sundays during Canyons’ annual Spring Gruv, a 10-day festival of pond skimming, fun and concerts, Mar. 21-30.
Be sure to stop by the Umbrella Bar between 3-4 p.m. for free s’mores around the fire pit, every Saturday during the ski season.
