INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (February 3, 2014) – Diamond Peak Ski Resort is moving forward in the Master Plan Update process to revisit the potential for the future development of Diamond Peak as a year-round community recreational resource. The Master Plan is based on market, site, operations and fiscal intelligence, and input gathered from the public at a community open house and survey. It incorporates the latest advances in ski area development and multi-season operations.

The Master Plan, created by the SE Group, explores opportunities for maximizing the existing winter business while assessing the potential for new summer activities that will generate additional revenue. With over 55 years of experience working with ski areas and mountain resorts, the SE Group brings broad experience in helping ski areas realize opportunities for sustainable multi-season operations, while maintaining the qualities and character of the area that are important to the community.

The Master Plan will serve as a blueprint for future development of multi-season activities at Diamond Peak. Diamond Peak invites the community to participate by attending the upcoming Meet and Greet and presentation by the SE Group at the upcoming IVGID board meeting.
