Seven Springs skiers and riders will have the opportunity to brush with top freestyle skiing and snowboarding talent over the coming week. The competition heats up Friday-Sunday during the Burton US Open Qualifiers as halfpipe and slopestyle riders go head to head to earn their way to the Burton US Open in Vail, Colorado (March 3-8, 2014). And because no Burton event would be complete without a party, the Burton Mountain Festival will take over the Seven Springs base area with a Riglet Park for little shredders, contests and gear giveaways. Sunday, Burton's Party in Your Park event will give local riders the chance to compete for cash and an invite to Burton Rail Days in Tokyo. When the sun goes down, aprés entertainment will be bumping with DJ Bonics at the Foggy Goggle.

The action continues all week long as the Revolution Tour holds slopestyle, ski/boardercross and halfpipe competitions in Seven Springs' The Spot park and Olympic-sized Superpipe. This event is designed to get aspiring snow sports athletes into the comp circuit with the chance of making it big. Registration open to any athlete, but focused towards riders 13-19 years old. Top winners may earn an invite to be part of the U.S. Grand Prix, Junior Worlds, USASA Nationals, and participate in Project Gold camps.
