Ready to hop on some boards? Washington’s Summit at Snoqualmie can get you cruising down the slopes on skis or snowboards. With the resort popping open for the season in mid-January, it’s learning terrain is in high swing. Summit West and Summit Central both offer lessons for first timers, although most first timers prefer the learning carpet terrain at Summit West.

The resort’s EZ-2-Learn package is available for anyone age nine and older. It includes two group lessons, two days of beginner lift tickets and two days of rental equipment. Lessons are offered three times daily.

The package costs $99, but it is also available in a four-day format at $199. In the four-day program, the lift ticket on the final day is valid for the entire resort.

Reservations are not required. Check out more details on the EZ-2-Learn package to see how it works for you. The package is available daily for the season.
