Make 2014 the year you learn to ski or snowboard. Yes, there are still some newbies out there!

Copper Mountain is offering a deal that you might not be able to refuse. It’s their new Ski & Ride University inspired by National Learn to Ski and Ride Month in January.

Here’s the deal: the whole package is $199. That includes three ski or snowboard lessons, equipment rentals, an easy place to park your ride and lunch. When you graduate and complete the third lesson, Copper will throw in a free season pass for the rest of the 2014 season. Closing day at Copper is April 20.

There are a few rules on this one. You must be 16 and new to skiing or snowboarding. You have to complete the third lesson by March 30 to be eligible for the season pass. Sign up in person at a Guest Service or Mountain Sport Sales Center in the Copper One Building in Center Village.
