The X Games are headed back to Buttermilk, Jan. 23-26. College students can get a deal to spend time on the slopes and get in on the X Games action.

The College X Pass is on sale now. It is a picture pass that is valid for two days of skiing or riding during the X Games. The cost is $84 and it includes a coupon for 35 percent off equipment at Four-Mountain Sports. The four mountains where the pass can be used are Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk. It is valid only during the X Games and it must be purchased by Wednesday, Jan. 22.

The College X Pass can be purchased online or by calling 877-282-7736 or 970-923-1227. Purchasers must be 24 or younger and present a valid ID from an accredited four-year college at the time of pass pickup. Only one pass is allowed per person. The College X Pass is a picture pass and is nontransferable, nonrefundable and unused days have no value. 

There is more than X Games action during the wild weekend. Aspen/Snowmass will host a free Bud Light Hi-Fi concert featuring Savoy at the base of Aspen Mountain at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25. More concerts include Matt & Kim and Phoenix on Saturday, Jan. 25, followed by Axwell and Tiesto on Sunday.

X Games Music Concerts are held at Wagner Park in downtown Aspen. Fans can purchase $30 general admission tickets or $150 X Games Music Premium Club tickets, which include heated platform viewing, food, drink and more. Tickets can be purchased at Belly Up Aspen.
