Powder Hounds are howling with delight that Copper Mountain is bringing back the Snow Day Pass again this year. The pass is $99, and it means that every day Copper Mountain officially gets 4" of snow or more on the snow report, it’s a snow day. The report is based on the previous 24-hour period and the Snow Day announcement will come on the morning of the valid day.
If you have the pass, you get to hit the slopes that day and play in the powder.
You have to be flexible and ready to ski powder. Or else, you need to have a boss who also likes hitting the slopes with you on a powder day and won’t mind if you skip work. The pass also guarantees two bonus days of skiing. Those days are Superbowl Sunday, Feb. 2, and on closing day at Copper, April 20.
How many Snow Days are there? Copper Mountain averages 30 each season. The pass is available for a limited time. You can purchase it online at or in person at any Guest Services location at Copper.
