Wisconsin’s Granite Peak has been busy over the summer. And with winter weather expected in only weeks, the ski resort is just waiting to open several acres of black-diamond tree skiing—adding to the 65 acres already on the mountain—where skiers can try out the area’s all-new fleet of Volkol demos.

At the new Firebar fire ring outdoors, chow down on brats and beverages served up from the new Stones Throw Away Cafe. The ski mountain also added 25 new propane heaters to keep picnic-area visitors toasty.
