Top athletes will gather at Alpine Meadows on Saturday, April 30, 2013 for the sixth annual Volkl Skis Presents: Trains 2013. This event is put on by High Fives Non-Profit Foundation year after year to entertain hundreds of spectators and to raise money for charitable foundations. This is one you don't want to miss.
World-class skiers and snowboarders, such as Will Wesson, Nick Goepper, Parker White, Chris Logan, Tom Wallisch, LJ Strenio, Chas Guldemond, Grete Eliassen, and more compete in teams for a chance to donate a piece of the $5,000 prize purse to the charity of their choice. Prizes will be given for Best High 5, Best Train, Best Male, Best Female and Best Trick.
Also on hand will be Jamie LeValle serving up his world famous chicken wings, food from Full Belly Deli, custom made hats from BigTruck Brand and music from the Silver Boombox Thief.
The action will start at 11am and go until 4pm. Spectators can watch for free, and food and beverages will be available for purchase.
