West Michigan’s Crystal Mountain may be closing its ski slopes April 7 to ready its two golf courses, but skiers and riders will still find plenty of deals on this final week. There is still the 11 feet of snow that fell over the season on its 45 slopes, 27 of which are lighted for night skiing. And, plenty of deals, too, for next season.
First, it’s not too early to think next winter, and through its final day, Crystal offers a season pass for 2013/14 for just $259. While the normal season pass price hasn’t been set yet, you can bet it’ll be hundreds more. They’ll make it easy on your wallet, too. Pay just $144.50 now, leaving just $129.50 to pay by Sept. 1. That includes a $15 service fee.
If you’re coming up for the final week or weekend, Crystal thanks you by offering all-day $25 lift tickets from now through April 7. Kids aged 9-15 are $15. Normally, daily adult tickets run $50-65.
Crystal’s package deals also stretch through closing day. Here’s just one example: Get an open-to-close lift ticket, with lodging for just $162 per night. Or, stay one night and get a second night free. Call the resort for details on all its packages for the season’s end.
