In spring, the clocks may not jump ahead until Daylight Savings Time officially goes into effect, but Beech Mountain Resort plays by their own rules. As of March 4, the resort shifts all their lift ticket windows into "Weekday Savings Time" allowing guests to enjoy weekend days on the mountain at a midweek rate and even more discounts for parents sharing the sun and snow with their little ones.

From March 4 through the end of the season, North Carolina skiers and riders pay the weekday prices on lift tickets, every day of the week. That means adults can get a full day (9am-4:30pm) or twilight (1-4pm & 6-10pm) session for just $35 seven days a week. That's a savings of $28. Juniors (age 5-12) and Seniors (age 65-69) pay just $30 and save $13.

This is a great deal for anyone who works the 9-5 grind and can't get to the mountain for the midweek savings. Not only will it give hard-working parents the chance to save on a day on the slopes whenever they can make it, it'll save them a heap on getting the kids on snow, too.

Kids aged 4 and under always ski free with an adult, but during this special offer, kids all the way up to age 12 can earn a free lift ticket with a ticketed adult. Plus, everyone can enjoy 25 percent off equipment rentals.
