Utah Residents Learn to Turn with Park City's Affordable StartNOW

There’s a first time for everything, but it doesn’t have to be intimidating (or expensive) – especially with Park City Mountain Resort’s StartNOW program for first-time skiers and snowboarders.

Available throughout the remainder of the season, the StartNOW introductory course provides Utah residents age 6+ with all the tools they need to hit the slopes with confidence. Designed for beginners, the $200 StartNOW program includes five days of ski or snowboard rentals, five afternoon ski or snowboard lessons and five lift tickets for each registered person. During the day, students will learn the fundamentals of proper turning, stopping and balance in small group lessons.



The flexibility of the StartNow program gives students the option to pick any five dates that fit your schedule. All lessons, however, must be reserved at the time of initial booking, the first of which must begin before March 24 and at least five days in advance. The three-hour lessons are offered daily and begin at 1:00 p.m. for all participants.
