Belleayre's operators say skiers and riders should not let Mother Nature's whims discourage them from coming to the slopes.

"Rain in the city is usually snow on our mountain, but we guarantee you will get a good day of skiing, because if the day is declared a rain day after you have purchased your ticket , we invite you to come back and ski Belleayre for free anytime," they say.

Customers who are rained off the slopes receive a rain date lift pass, which they should bring to Guest Services on their next visit.

There are restrictions, as follows: The Rain Check Promotion applies to full day tickets sold between the hours of 8 a,m, and noon. Rain must occur for one continuous hour between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon as determined by Belleayre Ski Patrol. Ski Patrol will be the final say as to whether or not the day has been deemed a rain day.

Belleayre has 47 trails, glades and parks on 171 acres of terrain, served by eight lifts including a high-speed quad, a fixed-grip quad, a triple, two doubles, and three surface lifts. Vertical is 1,404 feet, and the longest run is 12,024 feet long.
