More and more ski areas are using their websites to offer specials this season, and West Michigan’s Caberfae Peaks is using that concept to the fullest, with a series of great online deals, one of which is especially appealing to families.
Beginning this month, every Sunday from now through March, excluding Feb. 17, are “Family Fun-days.”
Up to three family members can take advantage of a package that includes lift tickets, ski or board rentals and a beginner group lesson for a measly $49 total, for a deal worth up to $249 if purchased separately. Just go here, download the paperwork and have fun from 3 p.m. until closing. Snow’s expected every day this week at Caberfae, when you can also take advantage of some great midweek deals.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, women ski all day for just $17. That also includes a beginner group lesson, a $15 value, so in effect, your ticket costs you as little as $2.
Or, buy one of the resort’s $99 Gold punch passes and ski or ride any day, all day, anytime, a huge savings of $77 over buying those same four tickets separately. Just buy these online, or on the phone, and they’ll be mailed to you. Better yet, they’re completely transferable.
