Adult libations are essential for any apres ski, but Taos Ski Valley is raising the bar when it comes to post-skiing hydrating this weekend.

From 4:30 to 7 p.m., the 17th annual Brew Master’s Festival returns to Taos on Saturday, Dec. 22, bringing with it a sampling of the best handcrafted beers from nearly 20 breweries around the west. Head to Tenderfoot Katie’s and the Martini Tree, located at the base of Chair 1, at the end of your ski day and slurp some of the tastiest suds west of the Mississippi.

For responsible drinkers who plan on attending the Brew Master’s event, Coyote 102.5 FM, a local New Mexican radio station, has put together an overnight package that includes everything you need to imbibe – as well as nurse a hangover. The Coyote Brew Master Festival Special includes one night of lodging at the Sagebrush Inn (Dec. 22), Sunday morning breakfast (Dec. 23), a pass to the Brew Master’s Festival and a voucher for $15 off a Taos Ski Valley lift ticket. The package runs $39.95 per person, based on double occupancy.
