West Virginia's Timberline Four Seasons Resort is quickly approaching its anticipated opening day of Dec. 13. This means not only will skiers and riders from the area soon be making turns on fresh corduroy at their favorite resort, but also that there's only a limited time left to take advantage of Timberline's pre-season ski and stay package.

Pre-season discounts are valid from opening day to Christmas (Dec. 25), including weekends (no holidays) and save skiers and riders 25 percent off Base Lodge Rates and 15 percent off multi-day lift tickets.

Minimum reservation of three nights applies and multi-day lift ticket purchase must match the number of nights in your reservation. But that's the way a ski vacation should be; filled with skiing every day when you wake up and having a nice close bed to pass out on after a long day on the slopes.

Savings in the base lodge apply to rentals and meals, which means you can get fully setup with gear, food and skiing for the day, plus have a room for the night, and still come out ahead. Sounds like the makings of a great vacation.

For a limited time, when you make a reservation on certain properties between now and December 14 through Timberline Four Season Realty, you'll receive a $150 gift card that can be redeemed at the gift shop, restaurant or pub.

Even further discounts are available when you bundle a stay at Timberline's slopeside hotel – located just steps from the main lodge and Timbers Pub – with your lift ticket and rentals. Timberline was voted favorite downhill terrain in the mid-atlantic for 2011 by OnTheSnow readers.
