If a high school student graduates and goes on to pursue a college career in Vermont or New Hampshire, odds are they're a skier or rider. Or at the very least, they like snow. In which case, the whole college pass phenomena should hit them like a ton of bricks and get them to start. College is a limited window of 4 years (unless they're on the 5+ year plan) when they can get to live free of responsibilities and take in some world-class skiing and riding at the Northeast's legendary resorts.

Vermont's Stratton and Okemo Mountains, along with Okemo's sister mountain, New Hampshire's Mount Sunapee are happy to offer new students their first lesson in basic economics. When given the chance to ski or ride three mountains for less than the price of one, they should take it. The SOS Pass is available to full-time students (18-29) for just $299 until Dec. 17.

SOS pass holders will enjoy unlimited access to all three mountains throughout the season. Zero blackout dates make planning the semester wisely to maximize slope time while maintaining Dean's list status. Plus, pass purchase includes a free subscription (six issues) of SKI Magazine in order to help maintain the stoke during those long hours in the library.

Students must show proof of enrollment of full time student status when picking up passes. Proof of Enrollment may be obtained from the school's Registrar’s Office.
