Oregon’s Mt. Hood spires above surrounding green forests. Tucked into those sub-alpine zones drape three ski areas — Timberline Lodge, Mt. Hood Meadows, and Mt. Hood Ski Bowl. How do you choose which one to ski or snowboard? You don’t have to. You can ski all three with the Three Days of Powder package from Grand Lodges Mt. Hood.
The Grand Lodges Mt. Hood sprawl large luxury suites within walking distance to town in Government Camp. The two- and three-bedroom units come with spacious bathrooms, private decks, and Cascade stone fireplaces. You can choose between four types of suites, some with lake or mountain views.
Onsite amenities are built with skiers in mind. An outdoor heated pool and spa along with a sauna provide a way to soothe sore muscles from the slopes. For those who like to keep their boards buffed with fresh wax, the facility has a ski tuning area. Also, shuttle services connect to the three ski areas.
The Grand Lodges Three Days of Powder package combines three nights of lodging in a penthouse suite with lift tickets. The lift tickets are valid from open until close, so you can ski under the stars on nights when the lifts run at two of the resorts. The package lets you ski one day at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, one day at Timberline, and one day at Mt. Hood Meadows. A three-day Sno Park Permit is included, too.
Rates for the package run $152 per person per night. Quad occupancy is required to get that rate.
Grand Lodges Mt. Hood also has a two-night family package available. It includes two nights in a lakeside suite, one day of lift tickets for Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, and a dinner of pizza, salad, and soft drinks. The package costs $130 per person per night for two adults and two kids 12 years old and younger.
Midweek skiers can also get a ski and stay package that combines two nights in a lakeside suite with one day of skiing Mt. Hood Ski Bowl. It costs $101 per person per night. The price is based on quad occupancy.
