Lake Louise Ski Area and the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (RCR) are teaming up once again to offer their Super Pass. This year, the Super Pass ups the total acreage you can ski or snowboard thanks to the addition of one more resort to the RCR family.

Last season, RCR purchased Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, located just inside the British Columbia/Alberta border. That takes the RCR western ski resorts to four: Fernie, Kimberley, Nakiska, and now Kicking Horse. With affiliate Lake Louise, the Super Pass is now valid for skiing or snowboarding at five resorts split between British Columbia and Alberta.

The Super Pass is on sale through Nov. 20 with the adult pass costing $1,399 through Oct. 20, 2012. Other sale rates are available for seniors, students, youth, children and families. In addition to skiing five resorts, the Super Pass includes benefits like free ski days for friends and discounts on après, daycare, lodging, lessons and rentals.

Along with the Super Pass, RCR has all of their individual resort season passes on sale through Oct. 20, 2012. Individual passes are available at different rates for six age groups, families and midweek skiers. Individual season passes for Lake Louise are on sale through Oct. 15, 2012.

Super Passes can be purchased online through Lake Louise or RCR. While anyone can buy a Super Pass through either outlet, residents of British Columbia must purchase theirs through RCR due to the 12 percent HST tax.
