Ski three days at a discount and the fourth is free. That’s the way the PNW Advantage Pass works for skiing or snowboarding at Washington’s Stevens Pass.
The PNW Advantage Pass is available to anyone and for the low cost of $10 gets the pass holder big discounts at Steven's Pass, where 564" of snow fell last year.
The pass is free for REI members, pass holders from other ski areas as well as military personnel.
Purchasers of the PNW Advantage Pass back it with a credit card that gets billed when the skier or snowboarder goes through the lift gate for the first time on any given day. The amount charged depends on the regular season rate for that day and age group. On the fourth visit there is no charge as the pass holder has earned their free ski day.
Discounts with the PNW Advantage Pass vary depending on the day. Pass holders get $10 off the price of a regular lift ticket on weekends and $15 off the price of a regular lift ticket on weekdays. Discounts for accessing the lifts are applicable before and after the free fourth day.
PNW Advantage Passes are non-refundable and non transferable, but never have to be renewed. Once you buy one, the pass is good to go for year after year without renewal.
