Liftopia has launched a Super Bowl Sunday lift ticket promo of solid deals at 43 resorts across the United States.

Why 43? In honor of Super Bowl 43.

Deals range from 20 percent off lift tickets to 74 percent off at Sipapu in New Mexico. Some deals are related directly to the Super Bowl this Sunday, Feb. 1, while others are ongoing.

Ron Schneidermann, co-founder of Liftopia Inc., said the nationwide promo is intended to help bring folks out on the slopes during what's typically a really slow day in the mountain resort world.
