Showdown Ski Area, located in Montana's central Little Belt Mountains, has partnered up with local lodges for discounts on ski and stay packages. You can save up to 20 percent at each of the five following accommodations when you ask for their ski and stay packages.

Three lodges north of Showdown are participating in the ski and stay program. Bob's Place, located in Neihart eight miles north of the ski area, is a small 15-room hotel with a hot tub and a dining room serving burgers and home-style meals. Call 406-236-5955 for reservations.

The Cub's Den, which sits 22 miles north of the ski area, is another small motel, which has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and restaurant. Call 406-236-5922 for more information. You can rent a three-bedroom cabin at The Ranches At Belt Creek, 35 miles north of the ski resort. Call 406-750-2361 to speak to the owner.

You'll find two more lodging options south of Showdown. Montana Sunrise Lodge, which works for large groups and multi-family ski trips, is eight miles away from the ski hill right on the King's Hill snowmobile trail system.
