Red Lodge Mountain amasses deep snows by spring. Add a little sun, and you have great days for gliding down the Lazy M, the resort's longest run at 2.5 miles. You also can get good Lazy M spring ski and stay deals through the resort's central reservations office.

The Lazy M Packages, named after the run, are just for spring. The packages are available Feb. 24 through Mar. 31.

You can get midweek lodging for as low as $65 per night. Weekend lodging for Friday and Saturday nights starts at $75 per night. Ski and stay packages start at $54.25 per person per day when they are based on quad occupancy. Double occupancy packages start at $70.50 per person per day.

Red Lodge Mountain sits six miles above the town of Red Lodge. Inn and hotels are all located in town, many within walking distance to 15 restaurants and bars. Pop in the Bierstube for après ski before you leave the resort and then check out the historic downtown zone for the nightlife action in the pubs.
