Thanks to recent snowfalls, combined with snowmaking, the resort will open the Mitchell T-Bar on Friday from 10am to 3pm, then the Village 8 Express, the southern hemisphere's only eight seater chairlift, on Saturday.
"Why not come down for some early turns?" said a resort statement.
There will be a mini terrain park and basic resort facilities will be operating with tickets costing $30 for adults and $15 for children with all proceeds going to charity. Season Pass holders can ski or board for free.
Cold weather this week after the heavy snow last week has allowed for extensive snowmaking with snowmaking across Perisher's Front Valley from 22 guns creating over 1600 cubic metres of snow on Tuesday night alone.
