The Summit at Snoqualmie's Central resort is a park and pipe rider's paradise with more than 60 hits available, the region's only Zaugg cut superpipe, park-specific snowmaking, and tunes blasting out all day and night.

But all of that is wasted if you're not confident playing in the park. Not to worry, though; Snoqualmie's got you covered.

The resort is offering a couple of camps that will have you riding your snowboard over their extensive terrain features like a seasoned pro.

The first one, dubbed the El Presidente Freestyle Camp, takes place Feb. 14-15. This two-day clinic is geared for intermediate and better snowboarders 13 and older and promises to "teach you the ins and outs of not only how to excel in the park and pipe scene, but hot to own it." Cost of the two five-hour sessions is $125, and does not include rental gear or lift ticket.

The other clinic is called the Freeride Amp camp, which will be conducted the weekend of Feb. 28-March 1. This session, which like the El Presidente Freestyle Camp is aimed at intermediate or better snowboards over the age of 13, is "specifically designed ... to take your riding to new heights - literally." Cost of the two five-hour sessions is $125, and does not include rental gear or lift ticket.
