Whitewater Resort, located in Nelson, B.C., introduced their Powder Plus Card this winter. The card provides discounts on lift tickets, plus it also includes two free ski days, and several more perks. It's perfect for those who missed out buying a season pass or plan on visiting the resort for a week.

The card allows the purchaser to by lift tickets for $5 off on any day of the season. No blackout dates. You also get your first and sixth ski days free. Cardholders also garner additional perks. It can get you discounts in the Whitewater Ski and Rental Shop, or you can take a buddy along for free when you purchase a private lesson.

Adult Powder Plus Cards cost $69. Youth ages 13 - 18 can purchase cards for $55, while juniors ages 7 - 12 pay only $42 for a card.

The cards may be ordered online. They are good for the entire season, but can only be purchased until Mar. 1. Whitewater plans to run its lifts daily through Apr. 5.

The resort will re-open Apr. 10-13 for its end-of-season Beach Party Weekend, featuring a slush cup, dummy downhill, and barbecue.
