Montgenèvre, the only French resort on the giant Milky Way Ski Pass which covers more than 400km (250 miles) of piste including most of Italy's 2006 Olympic venues, has launched four different promotional package offers for the remainder of the ski season with discounts for anyone buying lodging and additional services together.

First up are "Prestige Nights" available from 14 to 28 March which include seven nights' accommodation in a very prestigious four-star wooden chalet, as well as ski passes for six days (Montgenèvre-Monts de la Lune) and a guided snow shoe trek. This costs from 380 Euros per person.

Secondly the Springtime Holidays package for all the family is available from 4 to 25 April, including Easter. It includes a seven-night stay, this time in an apartment designed for four people, as well as ski passes for two adults and two children, including group ski school skiing lessons for the children. This costs from 299 Euros per person, based on two adults and two children.

A third choice is ‘Magic Montgenèvre' which runs from 7 to 14 March to coincide with the resort's specially themed ‘magic week.' Again there's apartment accommodation for seven nights, this time for six people as well as ski passes for six days, a Pass for admission to three magic shows, and a snowmobile excursion. This costs from 320 Euros per person, based on a group of six.

Finally the Montgenèvre International skiing week is available all season except in peak periods including the French school holidays. It includes seven nights' accommodation for six people, ski passes for six days, a tour of the Italian Winter Olympic venues with ski instructors, and a meal in a high-altitude restaurant in Italy with a return back over the border to Montgenèvre by minibus. The cost is from 310 Euros per person, based on a group of six.
