The Pocono Mountains Learn To Turn promotion provides value hotel packages starting at less than $100 a night coupled with Pennsylvania's nearby slopes. Families can enjoy a winter escape without breaking the bank. Highlights include:

Inn at Pocono Manor's Beginners Welcome package includes overnight accommodations, full breakfast, lift ticket, lessons and rentals at Camelback Ski Area. The package begins at $99 per person per night based on double occupancy and midweek stay.

Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort's All-inclusive Ski Lesson package includes overnight accommodations, full hot breakfast, beginner area ski lift ticket at Shawnee Mountain, ski rental and a 90-minute group ski lesson. Rates begin at $150 per person, per night, based on double occupancy. Youth 12-17 years old are $78 inclusive. Skiers five-11 years old are $69.

East Shore Lodging's value package includes a one-hour private lesson, two-nights of accommodations, breakfast daily and lift tickets at Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain. Rates begin at $395 per couple.

Woodloch Resort is partnering with Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain for the Family Ski & Stay Package which includes lift tickets, a family lesson and accommodations in a Woodloch guest home with breakfast, dinner and nightly entertainment. Package begins at $495 for two adults and two children, per-night based on midweek reservation.

Mountain Resort Villas offers a Ski and Stay package including accommodations, snow passes, lessons and equipment. Rates begin at $97 per person, per night based on four-person occupancy.

Fernwood Hotel & Resort has teamed up with Shawnee Mountain for the Learn to Turn Snowsport Fun package including two-nights of accommodations, one-day lift ticket, choice of ski or snowboard rental and beginner's group lesson. Rates begin at $260 per person based on double occupancy and midweek stay.

The Settlers Inn: Ski Big Bear Getaway offers overnight, midweek accommodations for two, dinner in the William Morris style dining room, and country breakfast. Skiing at Ski Big Bear includes a one hour private ski lesson along with everything you need for the day including rentals, lift tickets and lunch at the Ski Big Bear deli. Rate is $325 per room based on double occupancy. Add an additional night of lodging and breakfast for $80.

Penn Hills Resort: Ski and Ride Package includes overnight accommodations in a Riviera Suite with King bed. Enjoy a full country breakfast before hitting the slopes at Alpine Mountain with an included lift ticket, rental and lesson from the Alpine Mountain Staff. You will also receive a discount coupon for your next visit to Alpine. Rates are $120 midweek and $135 weekends, per person based on double occupancy. Excludes holiday periods.
