Les Menuires introduced the brand new four-star Les Clarines hotel Dec. 20, 2008. Built by MGM and managed by CGH, this Savoyard architectural style accommodation is set just 100 metres from the pistes and lifts and is comprised of two detached chalets with16 apartments in each, and a main building of four chalets containing 53 apartments.

The Les Clarines residence, located close to the resort's centre and shops, features a reception lounge with open fireplace, a heated covered swimming pool with patio doors offering panoramic mountain views, a fitness room, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs. There is also a range of treatments on offer in the Mountain Spa and Beauty Centre with a team of experts offering massages, wraps and balneotherapy.

Prices for a six-day stay at Les Clarines range from: €693 to €1435 for a two-roomed apartment (2-4 people), €847 to €2002 in a three-roomed apartment (4-6 people), €1085 to €2604 in a four-roomed apartment (6-8 people), or €1519 to 3388 in a five-roomed apartment (8-10 people). Prices include the rent of skis, shoes and sticks for six days.

The resort of Les Menuires is also offering a new residence for season workers in the Bruyeres quarter. The Perce-neige Residence contains 50 furnished apartments and is open to everyone employed in the resort.
