Moonlight Basin Rewards Carpoolers

Moonlight Basin wants its visitors to think green, not in terms of melting snow, but to think about their footprint in getting to the resort. The resort rewards carpoolers sharing rides for their commitment to reducing emissions and air pollution.

Winter visitors who arrive at Moonlight Basin with four or more people in their vehicles get two rewards. They can enter a drawing for gear and get a fountain drink voucher.

Everyone carpooling with four or more friends earns a chance to enter the drawing for gear. Winners will be drawn three times this winter: Jan. 31, Mar. 14, and Apr. 12. You can enter on any day up until the time of the drawing. Prizes include a new deck or skis with ski or board bindings; and a helmet and a pair of goggles. You can enter all three drawings.

All carpoolers can receive a voucher for a free fountain drink with a meal purchase. The vouchers are valid at the Headwaters Grille or the Border Café any day of this winter's season.

Enter the drawing and pick up your drink vouchers at the new Moonlight stone entryway. Drop off the bottom half of the form for the drawing at the Headwaters Grille, the Border Café, or any of the three season pass offices.
