That's right, folks on the West Coast. Ten bucks. And the timing is perfect. Colder temps have finally settled in and the madcap crew of snowmakers was pointing snow guns in every direction possible this week. Saturday's festival kickoff features a Coalition Cup race, carnival games for the kids and an evening-capper torchlight parade.
