Telluride expanded its in-boundary terrain by 400 acres this season with the addition of a quad chair in Revelation Bowl, providing access to above-treeline advanced and expert terrain, with a variety of ridges and faces to explore. People call it the "perfect powder bowl" because of its northeast exposure.

Now, there's some more treats in store at Telluride if you take advantage of a couple of lodging deals that recently have come available.

First off, there's fourth night free option from ResortQuest Telluride, which has more than a couple dozen of lodging properties in the East End and West End of town and up at the Mountain Village.

All you have to do is stay at one of their accommodations for at least three nights and the fourth night is on the house. This promotion is good throughout the season to April 1, with the usual blackout dates, however, but must be booked by Nov. 30.

Another consideration would a free fifth night at the Inn at Lost Creek, when you book four consecutive nights between Jan. 3 and Feb. 12. The posh digs in the Mountain Village area is also offering $100 resort credit for five- and six-night stays and $200 resort credit for seven-night stays.
