The Patina Restaurant Group is hooking up with Mammoth Mountain to provide sustenance for hungry skiers and boarders.

The upscale food service operator - think Paperfish in Beverly Hills and Café Pinot and Zucca Ristorante in L.A. - will oversee the on-hill dining options at Mammoth this winter.

The partnership promises to bring fresh organic ingredients and innovative dishes to the resort's food service operation. Bon appetit.
