Arizona Snowbowl Prevails In The Ninth Circuit

It's official: Arizona Snowbowl can move ahead with development plans and a modern snowmaking system. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the original District Court opinion that was challenged and appealed by Arizona's local Native American tribes and environmental groups.
