Last season marked Dodge Ridge's 60th anniversary with a record-setting snowfall of 643 inches. This season the California resort will add the T643 T-Bar above Chair 8. T643 will open up the second summit and allow skiers and riders to access more expert terrain and backcountry areas.

The Doppelmayr T643 represents the next step in the Dodge Ridge Master Development Plan completing the 1998 Chair 8 expansion. T643 will double the length of three expert runs above Granite Bowl, and will offer advanced skiers and riders the accessibility to explore backcountry areas beyond the resort's boundaries. Backcountry areas are open to out-of-bounds pass holders that have registered with the Dodge Ridge Ski Patrol.

The T643 T-Bar is the kick off to Dodge Ridge's future lift infrastructure including a new Chair 1, a high-speed detachable. The half million-dollar investment is currently underway and will be fully operational for the upcoming season.

"We're excited to move forward in our development plan," Dodge Ridge President and CEO Sally Helm said. "This is an important step for what's to come in the next few years."
