THE FLORIDA SNOWBOARDERS ASSOCIATION IS YOUR LIFELINE TO THE SNOWBOARDING EXPERIENCE......WE EXIST TO GIVE POW TO THE POWDERLESS. IF YOU HAVE NEVER RIDDEN OR EVEN SEEN SNOW, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. The Florida Snowboarders Association exists to strenghthen and expand the sport of snowboarding in a place where winter sports can be easily forgotten. Snowboarding video games, magazines, and DVD's are great to keep the stoke alive, but our goal is to strongly encourage participation and put members on snow covered mountains. Florida has a deep history as a "board riding culture" with vast numbers of surfers, wakeboarders, and skateboarders throughout Florida, many of which have never experienced the joy of shred. The FSA is helping to change that. Even further we continue to leverage our membership base to build a snowboarding experience that is truly one of a kind and still affordable. I never understood why so many people would trust some random travel agent that may have never even seen snow to plan their snowboarding adventure. When profits are the motivation, the snowboarding experience often suffers. Many FSA members only get one or two weeks of riding each winter season, I make sure it is unforgettable.
