The UltimateTraining

Here in Almont Colorado of a few 100 people we are surrounded by snow and rivers. Not to mention 2 great ski areas. Monarch and Crested Butte. Here is the 35th year of my training center. "Dragon Gym High Altitude Center For Training" I coach college and pro athletes from all over the world. I am sitting on my deck with 6 feet of standing snow on the ground watching the Elk, Mule Deer and Eagles and my athletes snow shoeing in to train. Ya gotta love it!! TRAINING INFORMATION FOR THE ATHLETE THIS IS A MASTER CLASS FOR THE SERIOUS ATHLETE This program from Dragon Gym High Altitude Center For Training is specifically designed for Pro and College Athletes. This is our 35th year coaching athletes whose goal is to become a champion. We have all new concepts in weightlifting training. The focus is not on tearing muscle, but instead seek to layer and thicken muscle fiber in order to integrate with all connective muscle tissue throughout the body. A must if an athlete is to prevent injuries. The results are immediate in center, power and strength. Bulking and defining happen at the same time and are a natural consequence of the training methodology. This program is not about self-aggrandizement, but weightlifting as a means to an athletic end. The first three hour session includes an Athletic Physical. The physical determines what injuries an athlete is already developing and a pre-rehabilitation program is set up for the athlete before actual weightlifting begins. For example most athletes actually develop their calves to break their ankles and seriously compromise their vertical and starts and most shoulder, groin, abdominal and ham string injuries are preventable. Many blame genetics for their lack of muscle development when it is usually incorrect position of weight from old school teachings. Most athletes will never actually see their genetic capabilities. Our goal is to eliminate injuries to the athlete even before they occur while increasing flexibility, muscle mass, power and unbelievable strength due to using all muscle groups to facilitate an action.
