Fall is the time to purchase a season pass to your favorite resort, because prices will surely go up once the winter season arrives. The Colorado Pass, or commonly referred to as the Five Mountain Pass, is on sale now at various locations throughout Colorado.

A Colorado Pass offers access to some of the best snow in the Rockies at the following resorts: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin.

There are three types of Colorado Pass to choose from:

The 2008/09 Summit Pass ($409 Adult / $319 Teen / $209 Child) is a season pass valid for unlimited skiing and riding at Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. This pass is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Click the link for detailed information, including where to purchase.

The 2008/09 Colorado Pass ($449 Adult / $339 Teen / $219 Child) is a season pass that is valid for unlimited, unrestricted skiing and riding at Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin, plus 10 days at Vail and Beaver Creek. These passes are restricted from use at Vail/Beaver Creek from November 28-29, 2008, December 27 - 31, 2008 and February 14-15, 2009. This is considered the Five Mountain Pass. The 2008/09 Epic Pass ($579 Adult $279 Child) is a season pass that is valid for unlimited skiing and riding at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly (Lake Tahoe), and Arapahoe Basin with no blackout dates. Click the link for detailed information, including where to purchase.

Additional pass benefits include: half-price lift tickets at Heavenly Mountain Resort at Lake Tahoe, even on restricted days; six ski-with-a-friend tickets, so friends and family can ski at a discounted rate.
