Chestnut Mountain Spring Specials

Chestnut Mountain, overlooking the mighty Mississippi River from a bluff above Galena, Illinois, is fully open and conditions are as good as they've been all winter as they head into spring. To celebrate they're offering some great March specials to wind down the winter season. Daily lift tickets are just $20 for the rest of the month and room rates are $99 on the weekend and $89 midweek. Heartland skiing and riding doesn't get much better on a warm, sunny spring day; great slopes with the mile-wide Mississippi as the backdrop.
