The Montana Snowbowl Ski Shop plans to hold an open house Oct. 17 and 18, noon to 5 p.m. The open house offers a chance to buy used rental gear that is in good condition.
Both snowboards and skis will be available "at very reasonable prices," a resort official said. The shop also plans to discount Snowbowl clothing and other accessories.
Montana Snowbowl is offering discounts on season passes through Nov. 10. University of Montana students save about $45 on season passes with proof of current enrollment and photo ID. Rates go up to regular prices after this fall sale.
