Fifteen centimetres of fresh snow has fallen in Perisher Blue this week in time for the Spring festival. It's been an excellent year for Perisher who still report over a metre of snow.
The resort was able to open it's four Fusion Terrain parks as well as the PSP Superpipe and hosted the Garnier Fructis Australian Open for Burton. One hundred and thirty eight centimetres of snow fell in July to add to the one hundred and thirteen centimetres that fell in June.
August wasn't as bountiful with only thirty centimetres of new snowfall but the season has held out with fresh powder top ups this September.
Three day (AU$230) and five day (AU$355) mountain passes are currently discounted by fifteen percent.
