With 93 inches of total snowfall to date, the ski area plans to run its lifts early for weekends only until its official full-time mid-December opening. While the new Huckleberry Chair and added terrain will wait to open until the Dec. 9 weekend, skiers and riders should see plenty of powder this weekend as plummeting temperatures have mutated wet, heavy snow into light puffy champagne.
